During our lessons, we encourage our kids to connect with God and themselves in different ways by teaching them useful and quick self-centering strategies that will help them calm down and find balance, focus and peace in their daily lives.
Main practices: Praying, 2-min Meditation for kids, Breathing, Visualizations, Yoga, Positive Affirmations and… of course, Music!!! These practices are really quick, and should not take more than 2-5 minutes.
